Scout & Guide Qualification – Compulsory
Candidates must fulfill all the following:
- Must be a President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR have Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB).
- Active member of a Scouts organization for at least 5 years (since 01 April 2018).
- Must have participated in:
- 2 National/All India Railways level events
- 2 State-level events
